What is a "commission express"?
A commission express it's a extra pay you can do if you want me to focus on your commission after I take your order.
You pay an extra of 60% or 80% depending on the complexity of the drawing and the phase of it, like, if it's just the sketch, lineart or flat color, it will depend on the price of the commission express.

TERMS OF SERVICE
READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING ME.
When you commission me, you are automatically accepting my T.O.S so please read this carefully before you commission me. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please don't be shy to contact me.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in USD($) via PayPal.Full payment is required before i start on your drawing.I will tell you when you have to paid. This is because i don't want to recive a payment before i give you the "OK" to start with your comm.Even if you are a frequent client, I will not accept that you pay me and send me a DM giving me details for a commission.If this situation happens, I will refuse to work with you again.
COMMISSIONS
You, as the commissioner, are paying for a digital art, not for physical on or both.The character(s) that you provide for the commission you request should rightfully belong to you or you should have permission to use them.I will never provide unwatermarked versions of my artworks for any reasons. This will be only in Telegram stickers.I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason I may have. That incluyes personals reasons.Once a sketch has been sent, and you aprove it, I will not allow any changes for free, you must have to pay the change.
HOW I WORK
-If you want me to focus on your commission and finish it before the others (Express commission) you will have to pay an extra of 60% or 80% depending on the complexity of the drawing.-Changes on the drawing from 10% to 70% (after sketch approved).-I will start with your comission after i receive the payment.-I'll post all my commissions on my social media,
unless you specify it otherwise. Please let me know before you pay me if you want your commission to be a private comission.
REFUNDS
Once a commission has been started, no refund may be requested.If once the sketch is shown, you do not ask me for a refund, you definitely will not be able to request a refund for whatever reason.If the commission was part of a fundraiser for something. Have for sure that there will be no refund, since it will not be considered as a normal commission, but as a donation for which you will receive a drawing in exchange.If I cannot or am unable to complete your commission for any reason I may have, a full refund will be given.If a month goes by while i try to contact you and i get no response from you. Your commission will be canceled and i will not make a refund and also you will be added to my blacklist.
ARTWORK RIGHTS AND PERSONAL USE
All rights to the artwork belong to me (DummyMutt). This means you may not reproduce the art as merchandise or use for commercial use of any kind.You cannot claim my own creation as yours.You can not recolor/trace/ or overall edit the final piece or WIPs. I may allow censores if you want to show a NSFW artwork in a SFW place.You absolutely CAN'T sell it as an NTF.
BLACKLIST
I have all the rights to blacklist someone if they don't follow my T.O.S properly.
Also, i have all the personal reasons to blacklist someone that i don't feel confortable working with them.Those who, as I already said, do not present any response in a period of more than one month while the commission is in progress or simply the payment was made but there was never any kind of contact will also be added.I will also personally blacklist people who are known to have committed scams or have a bad reputation in the community (as long as there is proof).

TERMINOS Y SERVICIOS
LEE ESTO ANTES DE COMISIONAR
Cuando decides comisionarme, automáticamente estás aceptando mis T.O.S (términos y servicios), así que lee esto detenidamente antes de comisionarme. Si tienes alguna pregunta o inquietud acerca de estos términos, no dudes en ponerte en contacto conmigo.
PAGOS
Todos los pagos deben hacerse en USD ($) a través de PayPal.
En el caso de Argentina, deberá realizarse el pago por medio de CBU/CVU en ARS (Pesos argentinos). Esto puede hacerse por medio de Uala, mercado pago o similares servicios que funcionen con Alias y/o CVU.Se requiere el pago completo antes de comenzar con la comisión.Yo te avisare cuando debes de realizar el pago y por cual medio (Esto en caso de ser de arg o algún otro pais, así te facilito mi paypal o CVU) .
Esto se debe a que no quiero recibir un pago antes de darte el "OK" para comenzar con la comisión.Por mas que seas un cliente frecuente, no aceptare que pagues y me llegues al DM dándome detalles de tu comisión.Si esta situación se llega a dar, me rehusare a volver a trabajar contigo nuevamente.
COMISIONES
Usted, como cliente, está pagando por una pieza únicamente digital, no por una físico o ambos.Los personajes que proporcionas para la comisión deben de pertenecerte legítimamente o deberás tener permiso para usarlos.Nunca proporcionaré versiones sin marca de agua de mis obras de arte por ningún motivo. Esto será una excepción solo en stickers de Telegram.Tengo derecho a rechazar cualquier comisión por cualquier razón que pueda tener. Eso incluye motivos personales.Una vez que te he enviado el boceto y me das luz verde a que esta todo bien, no aceptare más cambios, al menos no de forma gratuita.
HOW I WORK
-Si quieres que me centre en tu comisión y la termine antes que las demás (Comisión express) deberás pagar una comisión extra del 60% o 80% Dependiendo la complejidad del dibujo.-Para cambios en el dibujo se cobrara entre un 10% o hasta 70% dependiendo del cambio que me pidas que haga (esto solamente luego de que me hayas aprobado el boceto).-Comenzaré con tu comisión después de recibir el pago.
-Publicaré todas mis comisiones en mis redes sociales,
a menos que me especifiques lo contrario. Por favor, házmelo saber antes de pagarme si deseas que tu comisión sea privada.
REEMBOLSOS
Una vez que he iniciado la comisión, no se podrá solicitar ningún reembolso.Si una vez enseñado el boceto, no me pides el reembolso y pides cambios o ya lo confirmaste, definitivamente no podrás solicitar un reembolso sea por la razón que sea.Si la comisión formaba parte de una recaudación de fondos para algo. Ten por seguro que no habrá reembolso, ya que no se considerará como una comisión normal, si no, como un donativo por el cual recibirás un dibujo a cambio.Si no puedo o me veo incapaz de completar tu comisión por cualquier motivo, se te dará un reembolso completo.Si pasa un mes mientras trato de comunicarme con usted y no obtengo respuesta de usted. Su comisión será cancelada y no haré un reembolso, aparte de que serás añadido a mi blacklist.
DERECHOS DEL DIBUJO Y USO PERSONAL
Todos los derechos de cada dibujo me pertenecen (DummyMutt). Esto significa que no puedes reproducir el arte como mercancía o utilizarlo con fines comerciales.No puedes reclamar mi propia creación como tuya.No puedes recolorear/tracear o editar el dibujo o alguno de los WIPs. Podria permitir edits que se traten de censuras para las comisiones NSFW en caso de querer mostrarlo en un sitio SFW.Absolutamente NO PUEDES venderlo como un NTF.
BLACKLIST
Tengo todos los derechos para incluir en la lista negra a alguien si no sigue mis T.O.S correctamente. Además, tengo todas las razones personales para incluir en la lista negra a alguien con quien no me siento cómodo trabajando.También serán añadidos aquellos que, como ya dije, no presenten respuesta alguna en un periodo de mas un mes mientras la comisión esta en progreso o simplemente se hizo el pago pero nunca mas hubo algún tipo de contacto.Añadiré personalmente en mi blacklist aquellas personas que tienen mala fama de haber cometido estafas o tener mala reputación en la comunidad (siempre y cuando estén las pruebas).
